Yes, you can display more than one agent’s name and picture on your property websites.
To display another real estate agent’s name, contact information, and photo alongside your own, simply create an agent profile for the co-listing agent and then add them to your property website.
Create another real estate agent profile:
- Navigate to the ‘My Account’ page of your Single Property Sites account.
- Select ‘Member / User Profiles (Agents, LOs, Sponsors, Co-Listers)’
- Press the ‘Add new agent (or FSBO)’ button
- Create a profile for the real estate agent you wish to appear on your property website.
Adding another real estate agent as a co-listing agent:
- After you have created the other agent’s profile, navigate to the property site you want to add them to, and click ‘Edit & Promote’
- Under ‘Site Options’, select ‘Assign Co-Listing Agent’
- Select the agent you wish to use as a co-listing agent from the drop down menu and click ‘Save’.
SPS Tip:
You can also use a single agent profile to display information for multiple agents. This is especially helpful if you want to use a group photo that has multiple real estate agents in it.
You can do this using the profile fields. For example, you might put “Jan Smith” in the first name field, and “and Mary Beth” in the last name field – this will then format to display : “Jan Smith and Mary Beth” on your website.
You can then upload a profile picture of the two agents together.
