Reinstating Your SPS Account

Question:

My SPS account was deactivated. Can I turn it back on and reinstate my property sites?

Answer:

If your SPS account was turned off due to payment issues, you can easily activate your account and reinstate all your property sites to their previous status.

Turning Your Account Back On:

1.⠀Login to your SPS account. If you have forgotten your password, click here.

2. Be sure to click on the shopping cart, in the top right corner of your screen. Your subscription renewal may already be there for you, ready for checkout.

3. If you want to change your monthly subscription, delete the subscription in your shopping cart and then return to  the ‘Manage Sites’ page.

4. Next, click the “Change Subscription” button and select the subscription that you want. 

SPS Tip:

Single Property Sites remembers the status of all your property sites. As soon as your new subscription is set up, and as long as the new subscription is the same or greater than the previous one,  all sites will be returned to their previous status.

If you choose a smaller subscription level then your property websites will start turning on until the property site limit is reached.
