Your free level account (Free-view™) can be used to win listings by impressing sellers before you even meet them.
Free-view allows you to create custom property websites for sellers’ homes before the listing appointment. You can send sellers a special link to the property website prior to their listing appointment. Sellers will be so impressed, the listing will be as good as yours.
Create property websites and send them to sellers before their listing appointment:
- Log in to your account and add a new property website (if you have forgotten your password, you can reset it).
- Click the “Add New Listing Site” button near the bottom of the page on your dashboard.
- Follow the prompts to create your property website.
- Once your site is created, locate it in the “My Sites” table near the bottom of your user dashboard, and click on the blue Free-View link next to that property.
- On the next page, simply click the green “Turn on Free-View” button and follow the instructions. You can then send a special link to the potential seller in order to show them what their property website will look like.
SPS Tip:
When Free-View is enabled, the website is only visible to those who have a link. Once the listing agreement is signed, simply turn on the property website to make it available for potential buyers to view.
